The wedding at the beautiful Millhouse in Slane, Co Meath, was planned in 2021. One of my favourite wedding venues in Co Meath. An Exclusive Georgian Manor House in less than an hour’s drive from Dublin. The Millhouse Wedding Venue is an enchanting and idyllic location nestled in the heart of the beautiful countryside in County Meath, Ireland.
Eimear had reached out to me less than a year before the wedding day to check my availability. Luckily, I was available and could not have asked for better individuals to photograph. Eimear was such sunshine and so much energy that the day went in a glimpse, full of positivity, happy smiles, and few tears.
The manicured lawns and beautiful backdrops of rustic Millhouse give endless photo opportunities, and as far as the overall flow of the day, for guests and the newlyweds, the venue is perfectly designed to have your best day ever being a closed gate where you and your loved ones can have a celebration in style.
Morning Preparations
Morning preparations were nice and dynamic, where the bride was already getting her makeup and hair done while the groom was making his way to the venue, to get ready.
First look
The couple wanted to do first look before the ceremony as the wedding ceremony was not until 2:30pm and this was also an opportunity to get some photos done before the cemeony, so that we spend less time after the ceremony for taking photos and more time at the reception with guests.
Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony, as usual, was fantastic and full of happy emotions. After the ceremony, Confetti exit was organised using organic flower petals
Bridal Portraits, photos
For the bridal portraits, and bride and groom photos, we went around the Millhouse Wedding Venue and took advantage of the picturesque locations around the property.
Wedding Reception
The wedding reception at the Millhouse was outside and inside, where wedding guests could enjoy Live music and drinks. The Evening music was provided by Mixtape wedding band
